This site is run by Pantanassa Monastery for its silent auction and Icon Raffle. We keep things simple:

• What we collect: your name, email address, and mobile number when you create an account or buy raffle tickets.
• Why:to confirm your bids and tickets, tell you when you've been outbid, and contact you if you win.
• Card payments: raffle payments are handled entirely by Square on their secure checkout page — we never see or store your card details.
• Where it lives: your details are stored securely with our database provider in Sydney, Australia.
• What we never do:sell your details or share them with anyone outside the monastery's fundraising team.

To have your details corrected or removed, email admin@pantanassa.org.au and we'll take care of it.
