Who runs this site

This is the official silent auction of Pantanassa Monastery. Every dollar raised supports the monastery's Building Programme. If you have any question about an item, a bid, or an order, email admin@pantanassa.org.au.

Bidding

• You need a free account to bid, so we can tell you when you're outbid and reach the winner.
• The amount you enter becomes the new bid. There is no automatic bidding on your behalf.
• Please treat a bid as a commitment to pay if you win.
• If someone outbids you, we email you straight away (and text you if your account has a mobile number).
• A bid placed in the final two minutes extends that item's countdown by two minutes, giving other bidders time to respond.
• The highest bid when the countdown ends wins. The silent auction ends at 6pm on the day of the High Tea. Winning bidders can then pay by online bank transfer or in person at the event. We email winners with the details.

Icon Raffle

• Tickets are paid by card on Square's secure checkout page, and your ticket numbers are emailed to you as soon as payment goes through.
• The winner is drawn in person at the High Tea Fundraiser on Sunday 19 July and contacted by phone.
• If something goes wrong with an order, email us and we'll put it right.
